The holiday apartment AP1 is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood in a new house with a lovely sea view where the beach is just a few meters away.

The apartment is modern and fully furnished. This apartment receives plenty of daylight and is situated on the ground floor of the House. It has a bedroom with a double bed and in the living room, there is also a sofa bed for children or teenagers. There is a kitchen and a living room with satellite TV and free wireless Internet access. The bathroom has a shower and toilet and a bidet with a hairdryer. An outdoor shower is also available outside the house but there is one more on the beach. The iron is also provided.

The terrace is perfectly positioned, affording a breathtaking 180° view of the sea. On the deck, you can enjoy breakfast in the mornings or a candlelight dinner in the evening. Two sun loungers are also provided. There is also a private parking place which you can use and a video surveillance system protects it.

The beach is on the doorstep and you can go for a walk and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. There is a restaurant within 500 meters and the nearest locality Umag is about 5km away.
